This is my VETO PRO PAC CT-XL Large Cargo Tote new straight from amazon….  this has the waterproof bottom.  Seems very heavy duty.  Only problem is the “Made in China” tag.  The “5 year zero downtime warranty” is annoying and stupid I think.  Why do I have to register?  Plus why only 5 years…. because it is made in China?  🙂
